They are versatile artists, formally trained in the areas of jazz, contemporary, commercial choreography and more. 5:15 has taught, performed, and choreographed throughout the U.S. Including opening for national recording artist "Chrisette Michele" (alongside artist Alexis Jones) and touring with Youth Harvest Crusade. 5:15 has also opened for gospel artists "Uncle Reece" and "Anthony Brown + Group Therapy". 5:15 were featured artists for Christmas at DPAC 2018 (Hosted by the Summit Church) as well as performers for Project Dance NYC 2019. In 2020 they were proud performers on "Hip Hop Harry" via IG live and more. In addition, 5:15 travels choreographing and teaching classes in multiple styles. They are known for their effervescent classes and signature choreography which pulls from multiple inspirations such as hip hop, commercial dance, jazz, contemporary, heels, and most of all life. They are passionate about musicality, emotion, and most of all intention! As female artists, 5:15 strives to break stereotypes with their art... embodying class, strength, and authenticity. Jaylun and Taylor identify with the Christian Faith and this truth is often exemplified in their artistry. The name “5:15” stems from Matthew 5:15-16, which in summary challenges everyone to let their light shine! Ultimately, their goal is to shine light through dance while providing others with encouragement, love, and permission to be authentically YOU…
Bold. Unique. Unashamed.
