About the event
**This class is for Beginner/Int students (Age 8-15)**
This class will help dancers establish confidence, awareness, and grasp the basic techniques needed to succesfully perform for the camera!
This will be done by:
- One: Students will learn basic videography terminolgy and what takes place on the opposite side of the camera.
- Two: Students will engage in group and solo excercises to actively apply that knowledge.
- Three: Students will take what they've learned in class and apply it to a short choreography combination that will be filmed in class.
**Dancers should expect to be filmed in large/small groups, duets, and solo's**
Dancers will leave the class with a better understanding of their relationship to the camera and how to approach it differently than live performance.
